Mission
Our aim is to liberate 10,000+ entrepreneurs, coaches, healers and creatives from personal fears and social conventions, to help them carve out expanded possibilities in their lives and in the lives of millions of others that they are serving. We do so by providing bespoke coaching, healing and consulting services through to execution of marketing projects that accelerate our clients’ visibility and impact.

Michele Parad
Founder & CEO
Michele always felt that she wanted to be of service to the world which is why she started out her academic studies in Public Policy. She earned her BA from University of Chicago and Masters from the London School of Economics.
After learning that the life of a public servant in the traditional governmental system wasn’t her calling, she decided that she would venture out to work with startups to solve public problems. She then went on to jobs at some of the top innovative tech companies in areas of cleantech/sustainability, AI, security and human resources. She has 12+ years of marketing and business development experience with expertise in helping businesses scale through innovative partnerships, campaigns, events and communication.
Simultaneously, Michele became keenly passionate about the study of consciousness, mindset and wellbeing seven years ago, and immersed herself in various spiritual modalities including kabbalah, energy healing and gene keys and studied with renowned shaman around the world. Michele is an Advanced ThetaHealing® Practitioner and Instructor.
After years of searching for her purpose, constantly reinventing herself and her career so as to learn how she could best make an impact… it occurred to her that her windy journey was not random coincidence after all… that at the cross-section of all her experiences, acquired skills, interests and the challenges she’s overcome, she is uniquely able to help people awaken to their own purpose and to guide the conscious entrepreneurs who are here to elevate the world.
